But, first, we need to design the theme of the forum first...

i think we can put a picture of we members at a kopitiam as header.. btw, can this forum be set to load different header every time?

If you have the budget, just design posters and banners, then print and publicize it! It wont cost much, RM200 will do.. If you do not have the budget, then do fund raising~! :D
