Besides that, they chain him with a short chain that restrict the dog movements, the dog can't even lie on the floor...my mum meet the neighbor and tells that she don't like the way they treats the dog. They never hit the dog (as I see) but still they abuse they poor animal. If you go around the internet and take a look at the SPCA webpage, they put on report about pet ... As for me... i often go to Ting and Lu veterinary at tabuan.. a lil pricey. but good. But the one i personally like most is Animal Central Veterinary Clinic at Rock Road Dr ...
