this topic is basically talking about mixture of ingredients to make your drinks to work out.
ever since drink can drinks and cafe water 'bancuh-bancuh' does not seems hygiene to protect our body, so... this topic to for all of us who know any ingredients to make simple drinks that is good for our health everyday. live longer by drinking better.

Hot Chocolate and Cream - serves 4
Preparation - 5 minutes, Cooking time - 5 minutes
3 1/2 cups milk

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 cardamom pods, cracked

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp finely grated semisweet chocolate, to decorate
Place the milk in a large pan with the cinnamon and heat gently. Break the chocolate into the pan and gently bring to a boil,
stirring occasionally, until melted.

Scoop out the cardamom pods and discard. Pour the hot chocolate
into four mugs and top each with a spoonful of extra thick cream;
Sprinkle over some grated chocolate and serve.

so susah one, mine easier.

1) one sacket of milo 3 in 1, one sacket of nescafe 3 in 1.

2) mix them with hot water (the amount of hot water not need much)

3) add with ice cubes!! I love neslo!!

+ 1 teabag = Cham-peng ( milo+nescafe+tea)

i used to order it while in pg.

sounds like I will have a stomache for whole day in reward -_-"

depends....if u dun like tea then be it only nescafe+milo.

LOL... since I'm no equipped with my trusty gadgets over here, I have to make do with sachet drinks. Double Dose of Nescafe Hi-Calcium Milk will keep me happy when Im forced to be awake.... :D
