smart does not equal to beauty but beauty does implement the person smart.
if the person is not smart, he does not know how to manage his/her appearance, but one the person is too smart he/she is not smart, cause he/she just dont care.
cause you see, he /she is too smart, and thats he/she things of rahter take action out of it.
