the cost of the car is already killing, not to mention the tax. Who would care to save the world by spending more? How many would recycle?

yup. agree. especially in malaysia. the procedure very slow... need many years to build those simple things... sedangkan in other country they can build it in few months

Toyota Pruis is already the bestselling hybrid car, the price wont go down. It's mass manufactured already. You won't expect a hybrid car to cheaper than than petrol car, don't you?

That's terrifying, I've seen even primary school kids having a better phone model than what I'm using (NOkia 6010 anyone?)
I'm not a big fan of public transport, but coming from Selangor, I'm not against it either. By far, the public transport over there is, no offense but more advanced compared to other states.

PS: Acme, we're living in a screwed society, aren't we?

Well...i always feel that i'm out of place, even worse recently...i hate malaysian mindset, i hate malaysian time (where you always come 30 minutes later than agreed upon before)...i hate malaysian politics....

public transport??? blame that stupid Dollah for cancelling many projects for our public transport.....sigh...

as for the hybrid car...just wait until the technology become cheaper....the idea very similar to new computer...just wait and see

For your info.. hybrid car is not the cheapest technology.. If it indeed go cheaper, definitely petrol car (lower tech) will also go down in price. Still the same, the proportion of people that buys hybrid car remains the same.
