I'd like to propose that a FAQ section should be included in this "Complaint/ Suggestion" section.

Well, I'd like to know about how the ranking system works? How can a user go beyond "Roti Bakar"?
I just checked how many registered users in this site, there were only 33 of them. So is this site being published in the campus? Or it will remain how it is as a small community? Or any future plans of making this site big?
