DiGi D'Campus!!

Hello guys,

Have you heard about DiGi D-Campus plan? And, have you ever try it? What is your opinion about its special rates of services? Share your thought and maybe this will help other students to make a wise choice and find solutions as to cope with their daily problem.

For your information, I am also one of the Digi D-Campus user. I am most attracted with its unlimited data rate for GPRS and EDGE. I have started using the plan in August 2008 but the unlimited data plan in September.

It only cost me RM30 for me to benefit the data services. ;) Through it, I managed to access the internet, check my email's inbox and get update with my social networks.

To me, this service become utmost important when my faculty having a networking problem for the whole last week. Our computer labs cannot supply students with stable internet connection and most of the final year undergraduates suffers the impact, where the FYP presentation is scheduled this week.

However, this unlimited data plan is not reccomended for those who actively downloads heavy data files such as movies and anime series. :o As good as its price can offers, this services can be used as a first aid during network glich in UNIMAS, as mobile web-surf to check email and maybe up to a level of mobile messenger which will assist students in discussing problem in study by real-time messaging and changing small office files.

Y.a Start from my digi d'campus, ogos till now (15 sept) 18:53 already only have shut down 6 hours, thats only because i dont have time to find new download links...

My fren was having a prob with d'campus recently.. He claimed that since 18th, his credit has been deducted continuously although he make calls after he received the message "Your tariff tier has changed". Any clue? Tried to contact DiGi customer service but can't get through.. hmph..

I heard that ppl is getting credits deducted although already used rm1 for phone calls. Dunno what digi is doing... I'm still downloading and nothing bizzare happen to me..

You guys know why? The reason is the fnf and Dcampus cant exists at the same time, tat means, if u r using digi d campus, u cant set fnf, else the d campus will has no effect, thats y the credit stil deducted. This might happen to those who convert their plan from odinary plan to d campus~

^^ try it out to cancel the fnf list~ it might works. (my friend experienced the same problem b4, i asked him to cancel the fnf and now no more problems)

The credit deduction will be refunded automatically gradually. Wait for 1 or 2 days or working time. Usually the refund time is at 10am in the morning. I got overcharged for more than RM40 in ONE days' call, only get to settle is after one week of repetitive reporting. The first three weeks that D'Campus is introduced the system got problems, up until now, but at least now they refund every 1 to 2 days or working day.

The FnF is a cons where a lot of people do not realize it and were not notified until they called to the center. The meticulous details were not given to the customers actually, which is kind of fraud for some people.

Two days ago, I'm being overcharged for RM7+.
Few minutes ago, RM20+. Swt.
Hope they'll refund on Monday, else making tedious reports again.

Actually their service details is described in their sites. But i think by not telling this is a dirty and sly tactic by DiGi to profit...

Well, terms and condition is always so so so so small in any advertisement and not being clarified. Business sometimes means fraud in a optical way.

tell us la, acme,.. seems that the DiGi booth at BHEP already closed, right? i still have friends want to buy D'Campus plan, hope that they can open it again some day,..
