Way to prevent trojans

Since now the member increases, i think i might need to update this forum frequently( dreamed of this hundred times :( )

OK here i'll share some basic skills to prevent trojans.
It is quite simple, and everyone can do it easily.
1) Equip your computer with a Anti Virus( probably not avira or avg free edition )
2) Turn off the built in autoplay function ( member candclk posted how )
3) And then, whenever you insert a pendrive, don't go for "My Computer" to double click it straight away.( this is commonly do by ordinary ppl, and this will be the fastest way for them to get infected by trojans :no: )
What you have to do is press "Start( from keyboard) + E" to open the explorer, go to the left panel and right click to scan the pendrive, otherwise u can just click the pendrive at the left panel, no worries, autorun.inf will not be executed. Strongly recommend to scan it 1st!!

This is the simplest way i can tell, it would be useful ^^ :D

You mean avg free edition no good? Which antivirus would you recommend then?
I'm not much into computers, so I dont know many things..

U can choose avast or bit defender...But i strongly recommend you go get a Kaspersky Antivirus 7.0...

wow.. the reply is quick. I was just about to delete the post (if possible). I just found one of the threads on antivirus.. I'm still new here..have yet to explore all the discussion and forums here.
So kapersky is recommended then? Any way to get it free or cheaper? I found that the ori ones really cost a lot.

To be honest, there is no pirated or original Kaspersky...The main things is the License Key...My kaspersky installer download from the official website :face:

Where to get the key? I think i will find a time to upload some hehe

If no key then i think can download cracked exe..

I never use crack and i din know it exists or not. I think there is no such thing, with my 2 yrs of using and searching everything related to kaspersky experience. 8)

Really? Assuming that you dl cracks from some sites, there's also no crack for kaspersky? Or not working?

Kaspersky has no cracks, License Key that dono release from somewhere.
