What pelengkap course should take

I heard lotsa ppl recommend FEB subjects as pelengkap wor.. hmm.. Anyone interested in Penjagaan Haiwan dalam Kurungan, FSTS? I think it's gonna b fun..

x even think to take course from FIT....unless u're interested....take FIT course will make ur life only noe wat is BUSY....too many assignments and projects tat needs u a lot of energy and time...
i even sacrifice my health every sem....dis sem even worse....
not enuf sleep is the main problem....but our course Multimedia quite fun...teaching how to produce cartoon....

ya, actually FIT course is quite tough. Not only need to attend to the lecture but also the lab and tutorial. Everyday just busy and busy only. Sometime, you will feel some more tension on the assignment and project also. If you really wish to learn things, then you can choose the FIT course as pelengkap.

Not recommended to take courses from FK too. You'll see lots of theories and maths.. If you dont like maths and physics, definitely FK courses gonna be nightmare.. One exception, though, Engineering Materials/civil Materials has less calculations

doh.. i`m planning to take circuit theory next sem. is it too difficult?

u r from which Fac..? circuit theory...to be frank is not tat hard but oso nt tat easy!

My friend took multimdia course... What the lecturer do is just show them 'stupid videos' that can get from internet.. :P

Actually i not mean that FIT course is hard to score A ler...juz that the assignments and project is quite tough if u duno computer lo...but some courses is fun like JanBB mention Multimedia Technology...juz learn how to use photoshop, and macromedia flash...quite interesting lo...mayb u all can try this cous many students from other faculty took this as pelengkap

yup... i heard my fren said that multimedia technology quite a lot of fun n interesting... can consider it to choose it as elective course...

its a new course oni provide start from tis sem...
will it be the almost same as multimedia we learn laz time??

How is Multimedia Technology? Is the workload heavy?

Introduction to music!
I took it 1st sem session 07/08 and taught by Mdm Wong....it was enjoyable for straight 3 hours lecture...not even for my core course...1 assignment only and it was easy pissy can get full marks easily that allocate for 30 % overall. I dun have music basic and still i can get A for that.
But this sem seems harder cos different lecturer i guess and there's a lot of tutorials and assgs....heard from my fren...

I can say the multimedia technology is that the effort to put in is much much more then other courses but it really fun and not stressful to u la.
But one very important must tell u is that, if u really want to take this course u better go in 5 person cause the project need 5 ppl in a group, if u not know anyone in there, U sure suffer in forming a group.
But anyone wan to know flash then we make a new post for flash la it would easy.
I sure think FIT ppl "LOVE" to share de.

for me im planning of taking political science, intro to music, intro to business n account, intro to comp tech, japanese n mandarine

I took Japanese Lvl 1 (depending on ur interest, it might be hard or easy. Since I'm into Japanese, i scored an A), Computer architecture (i kinda regretted taking this. I scored a B- or B), and i plan to take intro to music.

This course is quite interesting if u wish to learn about the computer thing. But, if u r in final year, advise u that dun ever take this course as "pelengkap". The course work is not heavy but the project is heavy workload. It is really consuming time to doing it. Because creating flash is not easy as u think. The lab only will teach u the basic skills, while the rest have to depends on yourself on exploring it how to create the animation. The project is call u to create a animation like a cartoon, what a challenging task.
So, if u really have the wishes to learn thing, then, u can go and take it.
If not, better don't make your life suffer.

yup. im interested wit politics. ful of controversies, conspiracies, hypocracies n competition.

take asian cinema! study only three lecture slides for the whole sem. as for the midterm? this sem the format was, 20 questions which carries 20 carry marks. 6 fill in the blanks, 4 match the words with the correct description, and 10 true false. it'll be nice if our core courses were this easy. =)

i will advice you to take the course which is useful for you. For example if you take bahasa arab, do you want to make you business in Arab country, did you? Although you are interested in it, but it is not useful at all, someday you might regret to make this decision, so please think twice b4 take your elective course

Not necessarily though, the language you learn is very fundamental, probably will forget within months if you don't practice using them. I took Japanese level 1, that doesn't mean I'll be flying to Japan next, I took it solely based on interest. Useful, yes, but again, it's only very basic.

About this pelengkap... why the CLS only put Japanese, Arabic, Mandarin, BM and English only? Why don't they put other language like French, Russian, Spanish... so we can have varieties of elective course. Due to its limited quota in Japanese class and clash classes.. I can't enrolled in Japanese for this sem!!! . Sob... sob...
