Hmmm... Must eat breakfast and lunch. Dinner is optional. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies and do exercise often.
If you would like to skip that, go for slimming package

well...i'm too lazy to exercise...but i manage to lose 7 kg last year (after that maintained the same)...what i did was eat...but a little less for every meal (usually skip dinner)...stop eating any snacks and drink anything sugary...i also drink this slimming tea...it makes me eat less..no bad side effects. But of course, you need to be disciplined.

health issue...i lose that 7 kg coz i'm slightly overweight that time...some more..my favourite jean needs me to lose the weight....my BMI now is good...22.9

Avoid eating snacks (keropok, biskut, etc), sweets, makanan goreng and meals outside dining time. That eating habit gives uneccesary calories which later converted into fat. It will not be lost through starving because when you are hungry, body muscles are sacrificed.

what do you mean by that? i'm always pretty! hehehehe just kidding...well, better BMI gives you more confidence..
it takes me about a month i think....it fasting month some more...so it is easier

i read from somewhere else; there's a study suggest that to lose 1kg a person should jog 43km.

i think i used wrong word there, it's jog, not running.. there's several sources i read that controlling the eating habit is most important one.

if eating snack become habit already definitely very difficult to control.. You might substitute it with low-calorie alternatives.. it's more expensive though.
