How to cure?!

Since exam week came, people will be stressing and tension-ing, studying and having loads of anxiety. Surely, acne, pimple, white and black heads and what not will be popping up, panda eyes, wrinkles and eye bags purge when you smile.

So here give your tips, advices and solutions to all these symptoms and consequences of exams and burning night oils! So that everyone can still maintain a nice good colorful smile after the examinations!

I'll need tips on how to survive those long nights too... :(

My pimples are growing on my forehead. My friend said that it's because I always sleep late. It's true. I sleep between 4 and 5 a.m. everyday. Sometime I didn't sleep for one day. She advise me to sleep early.

Talking about caffeine, no matter how many kilograms of that chemical I drink, when I feel sleepy, I'll still sleep. I need the real caffeine drug. Anybody sell it in UNIMAS?

Sry, after i saw the name of the links you put i misunderstood it ~

want to burn midnite oil, coffee all those things useless for me...

everybody got a SLEEPING POINT (not boiling point or freezing point)haha...u need to find ur sleeping point first loh...my sleeping point is 10pm and 2pm..so once manage pass this sleeping point half an hour den ok everything...

i think our own psychokinesis or willpower is the most important one. if u got enuf psychokinesis, den u can burn ur midnite oil, second day still hav clear mind to hav exam..i've been like dis in dis sem...and my highest record is 4 days no sleep continuosly to incharge of helding a camp, still can tahan, jz will be a bit mabuk and blur...so far study in unimas highest record jz 3 days...

wen want to pass through ur sleeping point, try to do sth make urself x sleep, like singing, go find other friends or roomate or housemate who haven't sleep one chit chat for a while, or online or "lepak" at kopitiam here...

recover after exam - sleep well and eat well, cz during exam may be less apartize, save time and not going to eat at cafe or lazy prepare the food for self, lack of sleep..

jz sleep!!watch tv, relax urself and etc..

Haha. What you said is just about the opposite of what I am going to say. Rather than spending tonnes of time doing nothing or trying to do something, its better to use some time which can be utilized, which is the reading and learning time of ourselves, "efficient time". Since the time varied from one another person.

I've been like this since Form 6.

maybe by manage ur time better? try to not to stress.. coz if a person stress too much nothing much can be done, will be more panic.. when u're feel slpy and the brain stops to think maybe can get some nap and then wake up and study again? tat is for me lar, dont know whether it works for u =) plus coffee works for me.. haha.. but not good for health though.. just in emergency use it.. haha.. but its better if able to manage the time by preparing early before exam?

i have never drunk coffee before in my life!
plus, i do not let anything prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. hehe. sleep is of utmost importance for me, no sleep = get sick.
yeah, when u're studying, and u suddenly feel so sick of it, just get some rest, because going any further will only make u feel more stressed up. i knw some ppl who can study for hours straight without stopping. really impressed with their ability. if i can match even a fraction of that, i would be satisfied.
exercise is always a good way to loosen up. when evening comes, just spend at least half an hour running around tasik unimas. or play some sports.

I don't burn midnight oil. I will perform worse if i dont sleep compare to not complete studying..
